The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is excellent - varied and with fresh products. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to assist guests and fulfill any requests. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of service provided. It was a pleasant stay and I would be happy to return to this hotel again in the future. AT HERBAL HOTEL offers good value for money accommodation in the city. I would recommend this cozy and comfortable hotel. Overall, it was a very positive experience and the facilities met my expectations.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel recently, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable. The room was adequately comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep each night. While I wouldn't say the spa treatments were extraordinary, they did provide a level of relaxation that I was looking for. The restaurant offered a variety of dishes, and I enjoyed the meals I had there. In terms of location, it was convenient for my business meetings, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The room had a modern design, and it was clean and well-maintained. All in all, it was a solid stay that met my needs.

Just finished a lovely stay at this hotel which I cannot fault! We were greeted with champagne and also given a free room upgrade which was huge and had amazing sea views. Bed was very comfortable and the modern rooms cleaned regularly. Breakfast in main restaurant had a number of decent options even for myself being a vegetarian and there's a pool bar which serves snacks and treats throughout the day. Location is great, not too far from a number of beaches and the main town with all the bars and restaurants. Also some local bars nearby too if you don't fancy the walk every day. It's away from the main touristy area which we liked. Would definitely return!

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at this wonderful hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the room sizes, amazing views from the windows and excellent service. Especially enjoyed the candlelit dinner - romantic and tasty. The hotel fully met our expectations, we'll remember this vacation for a long time!

Great service, very good rooms with huge balconies. Great service and food. Staf is kind and helpful. The best beaches of Protaras are on walking distance from the hotel on a perfectly track by the sea. We loved our stay at the hotel. Thank you Irina.

This hotel provided a perfect retreat. The staff was attentive, and the room was comfortable. The spa treatments were a highlight of my stay, and the restaurant's dishes were a delightful surprise. I departed feeling refreshed and ready to return.

At Herbal Hotel is an amazing boutique hotel. We discovered this hotel accidentally and stayed there for seven nights. We were blown away by the staff....everyone was amazing. Every person from reception to restaurant to house keeping was friendly and desperate to help guests have a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotless. The restaurant served a lovely buffet both at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We highly recommend this home away from home. Well done to At Herbal. Dimitri and Sedrick

There needs to be more clarity about whether this is a four or 5-star hotel. The food could be better. It is not a beach hotel. There is a small outdoor pool. The Outdoor Bar is outdated and chaotic. Not at a quiet location (night). Some staff were amiable. The rooms were great.
